Having traveled extensively, we understand only too well that
flight arrival / departure times do not always coincide with check in/out
times at hotels. Shower facilities with fresh towels are available in the
Guest Courtesy Lounge, where guests can register as a Day Guest and freshen up
before their journey if they have a late flight on their day of departure.
It's just another small way in which we offer a personalised approach to
ensure our guests feel comfortable, relaxed and at home.
As we prefer our guests to see us at our best, with regret,
access to rooms for early arrivals is not permitted until the housekeeping
team has finished their preparations. Whilst check-in is from 1pm
naturally we'll settle early arrivals into their rooms as soon as
possible once housekeeping is completed.
