Pre-Mardi Gras Program Conditions: Reservations restricted to guests taking the applicable events & dinners. We require 50% of the total tariff to guarantee a reservation. The balance of the tariff cost is charged 30 days in advance of arrival. If cancellation for whatever reason occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit paid will be held as a cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the full payment made will not be refunded. There is no refund for unused accommodation or program inclusions. As our cancellation policy is strictly enforced we strongly recommend travel insurance
