Deposit: Some Special Events/Discount Offers have specific deposit/cancellation conditions. For most reservations, we require a deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation in order to guarantee a reservation. The balance of your room/package cost is payable at check-in.

We accept Visa, MasterCard & AMEX (2% surcharge applies to AMEX transactions.) Deposits may be paid by phone, email, online banking or at any branch of CBA. The balance of the room or package cost is payable at check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Some Special Events/Discount Offers have specific cancellation conditions For most reservations, if we are advised of a cancellation 7 or more days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit may be transferred to another date within six months or refunded, minus an administration fee of $25.00. Cancellation within 7 days of the date of arrival will incur loss of the deposit. There are no refunds for booked but partially used accommodation or unused package inclusions.

Post Mardi Gras Festival Recovery Package Conditions: We require 50% of the package cost to confirm a reservation. The balance of the package cost is charged 30 days in advance of arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival payment is to be made in full at the time of booking. If cancellation for whatever reason occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival the initial deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the full payment made will not be refunded
