Rates are quoted in AUD and include all applicable taxes and a complimentary tropical breakfast daily.

When possible, we are pleased to provide complimentary airport transfers between 8am - 6pm.   Cabs are available outside these hours and when for some reason we are not able to assist with transport.

Check-in is from 1pm. An additional night’s tariff applies in order to guarantee the room is available for early morning arrivals.  Check-out is 11am.  Similarly, guests may arrange a late check-out (subject to availability) at a day rate, if they have a late flight.

Choose an Avoca Room or indulge yourself in one of our Ardoch Studios. Smart, modern and masculine in design, each room has en-suite bathroom, individual air-conditioning, ceiling fan, tea & coffee facilities, fridge and direct dial phone.  Whilst most rooms are non-smoking, we have a limited number of designated smoking rooms.

• Avoca Rooms - choose queen sized or twin beds. Some Avoca Rooms have pool views, however we cannot guarantee a pool view.
• Ardoch Studios have king sized beds, guaranteed pool views, DVD players, hairdryers, irons, boards and bath robes.
  
  

Christmas Festive Season includes December 24 2007 - 2 January 2008. During Christmas Festive Season a minimum 2-night stay applies

During our 5-night Mardi Gras Recovery Package reservations are restricted to guests taking the 5-night Package

Reservations

Call Skinny Dips direct or email us with your reservation details.  At the time of making a reservation please advise us if you have any dietary restrictions or requests.

Deposit

We require a deposit equivalent to 50% of your accommodation bill to secure your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, AMEX & Bartercard.  (A 2% surcharge applies to AMEX transactions). Your deposit may be paid by phone, email, online banking or at any branch of CBA.  The balance of the total room or Package cost is payable at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

If advised of a cancellation 10 or more days prior to your date of arrival, your deposit may be transferred to another date or refunded, minus an administration fee of $25.00. Cancellation within 9 days of your date of arrival will incur loss of the deposit.  There are no refunds for partially used accommodation or package inclusions.

Mardi Gras Package Conditions:  We require 50% of the package cost to guarantee a reservation.  The balance of the package cost is charged 30 days in advance of arrival.  If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival payment is to be made in full at the time of booking.  If cancellation for whatever reason occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the initial deposit will be held as a cancellation fee.  For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, payment will not be refunded.

 As our Cancellation Policy and Mardi Gras Package Conditions are strictly enforced we strongly recommend  travel insurance.

Payment by Cash

Guests settling their account by cash will be required to quote a credit card number to secure the booking. (The cost of one night's tariff will be processed, but reversed when the guest pays their accommodation bill in full upon arrival.) Guests without a credit card will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of their accommodation bill prior to arrival and pay the balance of their accommodation bill on arrival. There are no refunds for partially used accommodation. Guests settling their account by cash do not have access to in-house charge facilities.
