For most reservations, we require a deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation in order to guarantee a reservation. The balance of your room/package cost is payable at check-in.
We accept Visa, MasterCard & AMEX (2% surcharge applies to AMEX transactions.) Deposits may be paid by phone, email, online banking or at any branch of CBA. The balance of the room or package cost is payable at check-in.

For most reservations, if we are advised of a cancellation 7 or more days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit may be transferred to another date within three months or refunded, minus an administration fee of $25.00. Cancellation within 7 days of the date of arrival will incur loss of the deposit. There are no refunds for booked and paid, but partially used accommodation or unused package inclusions.
As our cancellation policies are strictly enforced we strongly recommend travel insurance.
