Deposit

Deposit: In order to confirm a reservation, we require a deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation for stays of one or more nights, or 50% of Holiday Package/ Special Event prices.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, AMEX & Bartercard. (A 2% surcharge applies to AMEX transactions.)
Deposits may be paid by phone, credit card, online banking or at any branch of CBA.

If paying online or at a branch of CBA please enter your family name as the transaction reference, and notify us by phone or email when you have made payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: For most reservations, if we are advised of a cancellation 7 or more days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit may be transferred to another date within three months or refunded, minus an administration fee of $25.00 Cancellation within 7 days of the date of arrival will incur loss of the deposit. There are no refunds for booked but partially used accommodation or unused package inclusions. Some Special Events/Discount Offers have specific cancellation conditions. As our cancellation policy is strictly enforced we strongly recommend travel insurance.
