When possible, we are pleased to provide complimentary airport transfers between 7am - 7pm.  Cabs are available outside these hours and when for some reason we are not able to assist with transport. A taxi from the airport costs approximately $12.00

Deposit

We require full payment in advance for a one-night stay or a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total room or package cost in order to secure a reservation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, AMEX & Bartercard. (A 2% surcharge applies to AMEX transactions.)
Deposits may be paid by phone, credit card, online banking or at any branch of CBA.

Cancellation Policy:

During High Season periods or for Special package and Events, if we are advised of a cancellation 10 or more days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit may be transferred to another date or refunded, minus an administration fee of $25.00 Cancellation within 9 days of the date of arrival will incur loss of the deposit.

If advised of a cancellation 7 or more days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit may be transferred to another date or refunded, minus an administration fee of $25.00 Cancellation within 6 days of the date of arrival will incur loss of the deposit.

There are no refunds for partially used accommodation. We recommend travel insurance.
